My new hobby

My new hobby is dressing up my little girl every day. It's so much fun! And so different from having boys. I'm just loving it and Matt just shakes his head and says things like, "It's like you're dressing up a doll or something". He's puzzled by it all! Here's what she looked like today at church:

She smiles a lot now and tries so hard to talk. I love the cooing and sweet baby sounds--it's adorable!

We enjoyed a picnic up the canyon recently and our boys got soooo dirty. They were doing this:

Dirt everywhere, but so HAPPY! So it's worth it :-).

Ben's first day of Joy School

Ben started Joy School this week and loves it! We've only got 2 kids in our group this year. I was a little nervous about such a small class but it's actually been great. Sam is there for part of the time and I've got the baby to tend to so a small class is manageable. Ben and Lucie get along great and don't seem to mind that there's not a big group.

Aubree's blessing day

She was blessed by her father on Sunday. Her aunt Lyd made this gorgeous dress! Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a special day--I had fun being with you!

Sam's first day of Kindergarten

Sam started Kindergarten! I was so nervous for him the whole week before school started but he loves going every day and even wants to go on Saturday and Sunday. He has met new friends, been praised for working quietly, gone to PE and the library and told the class all about himself (he told them that he likes Anakin Skywalker because he makes him feel like he can hit and kick bad guys). He got to bring the whole class mini donuts because he had the "Sound Bag" one day and it was the letter D.
