I found it!

The elusive dress for Allie's wedding has been found!!

And I found a new store that I love that sells modest dresses at appropriate prices. It's Mikarose (check out their website at mikarose.com) I went to one of their locations in Orem and it was awful. It was a store that sells a few different brands, but they literally had 5 dresses in their store. How in the world do you stay open with such a limited inventory??? So I decided to make the drive to Provo and it was way worth it. They had lots of dresses to try! Now that I know what size I am I'll probably just order online. Hip hip horray!
